MANCHESTER'S PREMIER INSTALLER OF RESIN DRIVEWAYS
UK Resin Drives Ltd – the North West’s Premier Choice
Resin bound surfacing is a great choice for your driveway. Available in a wide range of colours, it make an attractive drive that can compliment it’s natural surroundings. It’s hard-wearing and can sometimes be installed on top of your current driveway making it cost effective. As it’s permeable, so water can run through it, it’s environmentally friendly and helps protect your property and the surrounding area from the water which would normally run off a non-permeable driveway.

Why Choose Resin?
Resin is permeable and environmentally friendly, allowing rain to permeate the surface rather than, as with more traditional paving solutions such as block paving, concrete, cobbles or tarmac, run off and collect in puddles and streams adding to the flood risk. Our resin bound surfacing is SuDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems) compliant and does not require planning permission.
Why Choose UK Resin Drives Ltd For Your Driveway?
UK Resin Drives Ltd offer a full service, from surveying the area to be surfaced, offering advice to help you choose the right material and colour to best enhance your property, carrying out any groundwork required and installing your new driveway, so you can relax in the knowledge that the project will be carried professionally and to the highest standards.

We Are SuDS – Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems – Compliant
By mimicing natural drainage regimes, SuDS aim to reduce surface water flooding, improving water quality and enhance the amenity and biodiversity value of the environment. Suds achieve this by lowering flow rates, increasing water storage capacity and reducing the transport of pollution to the water environment.
The need for alternative drainage such as SuDS is likely to increase to meet environmental challenges such as climate change and population growth. Provision for SuDS and the national standards required for their design, construction, maintainance and operation is included in the Flood and Water Management Act 2010.
